Returns

The customer may withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which the goods were received. In such a situation, the cost of returning the furniture is borne by the customer. The goods should be returned within 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. It will be accepted only if it is sent back together with the VAT invoice/receipt, complete content, without damage and traces of use.

The statement of withdrawal from the contract should be sent by e-mail to salg@elmi.dk and by registered mail to the address ELMI DESIGN, Mylundvej 123, 9740 Jerslev J, Danmark.
Furniture made in a non-standard form is not returnable.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is entitled to a refund of all payments, including those related to the delivery of the goods.

Complaints related to damage to the furniture during transport will be considered only when the customer and the supplier draw up a damage report. If the damage report is not drawn up with the supplier, the complaint for mechanical damage to the glasses and mirrors will be carried out for a fee. The content of the complaint should include: - information and circumstances regarding the goods, in particular the type of damage and the date of its occurrence, - photos of damaged furniture, information on how to bring the goods into compliance with the contract. Compliance with the general rules of use and maintenance of the furniture is a condition for recognizing the complaint. Compliance with the detailed rules for the use and maintenance of furniture contained in the label attached to the furniture. Differences in colors cannot be the basis for a complaint. The colors of wooden furniture presented in the store are indicative only. Goods sent outside Denmark are subject to complaints in Denmark.
