§ 1 Definitions and expressions
Seller - means Konrad Waktor running a business under the name ELMI with its registered office: Mylundvej 123, 9740 Jerslev J, Danmark CVR 40387323, e-mail: salg@elmi.dk, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
Buyer - accepting the offer (customer) - a user who, based on the technical activities of the elmi.dk website, ordered a specific product.
Consumer - means a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the entrepreneur not directly related to his business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur - means a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to whom the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf and performing a legal transaction directly related to its business or professional activity.
Working days - means days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Website - a set of technical and IT tools made available by the elmi.dk store, through which the user is able to make online transactions within the furniture store run by Waktor Group Konrad Waktor with its registered office: Mylundvej 123, 9740 Jerslev J, Danmark CVR 40387323, e- e-mail: salg@elmi.dk
Regulations - means these regulations.
Goods - means a product presented by the Seller via the store's website, which may be the subject of a sales contract.
Offer - a proposal to conclude a sales contract addressed by the Seller to all users of the elmi.dk store website regarding the goods specified therein for a specified price (vide art. 66-70 of the Civil Code). The offer may specify additional provisions regarding the future contract, in particular regarding the payment rules, the rules for incurring the costs of transporting goods and the order completion date
Order - the user's statement regarding the content of the contract concluded as a result of accepting the offer. The order indicates to the buyer what are the rules and dates of payment, rules and costs of transporting the goods, and the periods of order fulfillment. In addition, the order may contain other provisions. Depending on the type of offer, in the order, the user may have the right to determine the form of payment and determine the rules and costs of transport.
Acceptance of the offer - technical activities undertaken by the Buyer consisting in accepting the content of the offer (its acceptance), resulting in the conclusion of a sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer.
Sale - resulting from the procedure of accepting the offer by the Buyer, a legal act regulated by art. 535-581 of the Civil Code, and if the buyer is a consumer, also the content of the Act of 30 May 2014 - on consumer rights.
